Which models are on this page?
Models that generate video from a text prompt, ranked by the LMArena text-to-video arena. As on the other arenas, two anonymous clips are shown for one prompt and the voter picks one; the votes become an Elo rating with a 95% confidence interval.
How is video priced?
Per second of generated video, or per minute when a provider sells by the minute; the unit is shown in the column header. We list the lowest current price among providers from models.dev and LiteLLM. The "Low price" chip marks models under 0.10 USD per second.
Resolution, clip length and options such as generated sound change the price at the provider, so treat the figure as the entry point rather than the cost of every clip.
Why do some well-known video models have no price?
Many video models are available only inside the vendor's own app or website, without a public API price. They can still be ranked when they take part in the arena, but the price cell stays empty. An empty cell means the source has no price, not that the model is free.
How are the tiers set?
A model needs at least 300 votes. Its place is one plus the number of models whose whole confidence interval is above its own; relative to the size of the board, under 10% is S, under 30% A, under 60% B, under 85% C and the rest D.
What are the limits?
- Arena clips are short and judged at a glance: motion over a longer scene, consistency of characters and editing control are hard to capture in one vote.
- The price trend over 30 days shows how an offer changed, which helps with a field where prices move quickly.
If you need a model for a longer project, shortlist two or three here and test them on your own prompts before paying for volume.
